Lifetime Warranty
We pride ourselves on making the best strollers in the world. This is a LIFETIME warranty on all manufacturing defects, for the original owner. If it is under warranty, you will still need to pay the shipping. If not under warranty, we will fix it for a very reasonable fee. All decision regarding whether under warranty or not are at the Baby Jogger Company's discretions.
Sometimes there are little owner-generated accidents, so if you crush your stroller with the garage door, or if it flies off the top or your car, etc., we'll repair your stroller for a nominal fee.
A few Exceptions.
Your strollers wheels, foam grip, seats and canopy, tires and tubes are covered with a one-year warranty.
Commercial rentals are under a different warranty.
Satisfaction guaranteed
We want to be sure your are happy with your Baby Jogger stroller. If you use the
stroller and it isn't to your satisfaction, return it to the place of purchase
within 30 days. Freight is not refundable (we do charge a 15% restocking fee,
since we thoroughly inspect your stroller and re-box it. You will also need to
pay the shipping charges, and any duties and taxes.)
